How fast will my "Sovereign" pieces arrive? We offer three shipping speeds across the USA to ensure your new silver treasures reach you right on time:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when you need that extra glow, fast!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? All orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package starts its journey from our studio.

Is the shipping secure? Absolutely. We know jewelry is precious. Every order is carefully packaged in a secure, tamper-evident box to ensure your silver arrives in pristine condition.

MATERIALS & CARE

Will my jewelry turn my skin green? Never. We only use high-quality 925 Sterling Silver. Skin discoloration is usually caused by cheap base metals like nickel or brass, which you will never find at Silver Sovereign.

How do I keep my silver shining? Sterling silver loves to be worn! To maintain its brilliance, avoid contact with harsh chemicals (like chlorine or bleach). When not in use, store your piece in the airtight pouch provided with your order to prevent natural oxidation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to feel like royalty in our jewelry. If you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if an item arrives damaged? Quality is our highest priority. If your jewelry arrives with a defect, please email us at info@silversovereign.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
